OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Starbox Group and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

• Your right to use our Services will immediately cease
• We may delete your account and User Content
• Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive will survive
